The first-ever IRL event for WoW’s digital art festival featured the work of artist Amylili (Amarylis Hibon). She is an artist and illustrator focusing on femininity and nature. Amylili created Galactic Goddesses: Phases of Wonder, a dynamic NFT that changes with the lunar cycle for Artfest Autumn 2023. You attended the exclusive screening of Calladita, The Quiet Maid, at Shoreditch Arts Club on June 21, 2024. We celebrated the film's UK premiere 🎉 at Raindance Film Festival and spoke to director Miguel Faus, who joined us in person. The commercial release of Calladita, which was financed entirely by the sale of NFTs, is a milestone for #Film3 🎥 movement. It inspires other filmmakers to explore the use of #web3 technologies to support and enhance their work. ​About Calladita ​Ana has just arrived from Colombia 🇨🇴 and is the maid of a luxurious mansion on the Costa Brava, where a family of wealthy art dealers spends their summers. The young woman works tirelessly and without a contract, under the false promise of decent conditions at the end of the summer, if she remains obedient and discreet. When, thanks to the maid of the neighboring house, she discovers her own ways of enjoying the summer, the family decides to fire her.
