Look mom, I made it! I have contributed very valuable community content, and I got this special POAP to show for it. This POAP was awarded to every Redditor with at least 5 Daily Doots on the EVMavericks Daily Doots leaderboard, in collaboration with r/ethereum.

In September of 2024, u/Tricky_Troll announced that due to budget concerns he couldn't make it to Hodlercon, despite having plans to attend DevCon 7 in Bangkok. The next day, u/superphiz pledged to match any donations up to $1,000 worth of ETH to help fund his trip. Following this, numerous generous EthFinanciers kindly donated whatever they could, large and small, enabling Tricky to attend Hodlercon 2 in Phuket. This POAP is a token of Tricky's sincere appreciation for their donation and is an attestation to the generosity of individuals receiving this POAP. 🙌

This POAP will be issued to anyone who was operating their own Ethereum staking node, either as a solo staker or as a Rocket Pool node operator, as of the time of the merge. The first use of this POAP will be to vote on an art style for a non-transferrable NFT which will be issued to node operators. This POAP is meant to commemorate The Merge on the Ethereum protocol. We, the fine people of r/ethfinance, have been counting down the days to this historical event. Literally. Everyday u/Moschus11 has been posting a countdown to the estimated merge date and the fellow subredditors have been upvoting, downvoting, correcting, criticising, reviewing, validating his best guess. As a small token of appreciation to our little corner of the internet he would like to hand out this POAP to remember The Merge, but more so the countdown itself. Because, after all, the journey is the reward.

This POAP recognizes holders of the EVMavericks NFT delivered to regular participants in the reddit.com/r/ethfinance subreddit. This POAP doesn't recognize the original recipients, rather, it recognizes those who held the NFT after the deployment was completed.
