You are what you eat on a molecular level. Before Art Is My Weapon, Food was My Weapon. I was a Research and Development Kitchen and Culinary Innovation Chef in a Corporate Test Kitchen. So I played with food for a living. It was a dream job and i thought i had my future figured out as far as my career went. Food was my life. After my Traumatic Brain Injury, I had to put down the knife and pick up the brush. However, my love and passion for food hasn't me. One of my most favorite parts of the job was being able to teach others culinary. Now with web3, I can do that again!
