On Feb 12, 2022, Benno gave a Melon Minds keynote about his life-story. Benno starts from the beginning by explaining part of his childhood and his experience growing up in Germany. He describes how his experiences shaped his goals and the obstacles that he faced. Benno details the impact that a change in environment can have on your life by sharing his story of his move from Germany to the United States and more. Tort gave a Melon Minds keynote on February 5th, 2022 on training, diet, recovery and mindset and how they play a crucial role in developing strength. He provided information aimed at helping beginner and intermediate lifters 'level-up' and become more efficient in their weight-lifting careers. Tort touched on how often to train, how to train, how to fuel your body correctly, how to recovery efficiently and also provided additional resources to high-quality YouTube channels focused on weight-lifting. Michal Šísl shared his knowledge about experiences with biohacking through the lens of sleep and routines. Michal shared what to do and what not to do to help optimize your sleeping for a better nights sleep. He explained the effects that light, temperature, food, and supplements can have on your sleep in addition to how to set up a morning and nightly routine for success. Following the keynote, Michal answered questions from the audience and went into further details about sleep and the body. Michal also provided an outline to his keynote that includes additional resources on each of the topics he spoke about.
