I started at POAP February 2022 as a CS agent; this was my first remote work experience. I was so excited to join such a "cool" project. Fast forward 2 years and I'm the Head of Drop Operation. On 28 October 2013 seven silly young men created a whatsapp group to discuss their favourite new hobby: obsessing over Bitcoin. Three years later our group numbers swelled and we were at the peak of the Dunning-Kruger charts. We were now not just crypto people, we were "investors". Over the ensuing years we learned a lot, we failed a lot, we won a lot, and we had fun a lot. What started as a naive group who speculated with their pocket change turned into a diverse group of crypto bros and sises, fund managers, capitalism sceptics, and all round money literate humans. Cheers to another decade of joint learning 🍻
