We have developed new skills and gained valuable experience, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside such talented and dedicated colleagues. The recipients of this POAP participated at the Bayer Pharma Nordics and Baltics Leadership Team meeting in August 2022. Bayer is there in 8 countries, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden. They have significant operations in the region, e.g. Bayer was Finland's largest corporate tax payer in 2020. Participants will discuss topics and exchange ideas about this highly innovative region.

We are organizing a Public Viewing for Bayer employees at the Byron Bar at the main entrance in Berlin, to watch together the Global Pharma Town Hall Meeting. Participants are entitled to receive this special POAP. After the Town Hall we expect to hear many ideas about new biotech, small molecules, cell and gene therapies, or digital projects.
