We completed the Andechs Beginner Trail, marking off yet another item on our list. Despite the chilly and unsettled weather, we triumphed over the path encircling Monastery Andechs. It was a fantastic experience that strengthened our bonds. What's next?

Am Ostermontag 2024 fand das Osterfest der Kreatives Wohnen Baugemeinschaft statt, trotz des windigen und regnerischen Wetters. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Eiersuchen draußen, während die Erwachsenen sich im Schutz der gemeinsamen Garage versammelten und beim gemeinsamen Beisammensein austauschten. Diese Zusammenkunft war nicht nur eine Feier des Osterfestes, sondern auch eine Gelegenheit für die bereits eingezogenen Nachbarn, sich mit denjenigen zu verbinden, die bald einziehen werden. Es war eine herzliche Atmosphäre, in der die Vorfreude auf die gemeinsame Zukunft spürbar war.

In the heart of our workshop, we unravelled the essence of PGPs and their profound impact on individuals' lives. Through heartfelt discussions and interactive sessions, we learned how to use the correct pronouns to validate and affirm diverse gender identities, fostering a sense of belonging and respect for all. But we did not stop at theory. In the second half of our workshop, we rolled up our sleeves and explored with practical tools. With hands-on activities and real-life scenarios, we equipped you with the confidence to integrate this vital knowledge into your daily interactions. Together, we practiced using various pronouns, ensuring every voice is heard and honored. Congrats on being part of this and for making the world a better, more welcoming place!

The dads at the SAP Employee Network Group gathered for a delightful lunch meeting today, filled with engaging discussions on fatherhood and parenting. With spring in the air, the agenda centered around sharing tips for seasonal activities with their kids. Excitement buzzed as each dad contributed their local recommendations, spanning from nearby parks and nature reserves to community events and museums. Ideas flowed freely, encompassing both free and paid activities, ensuring options for all budgets. The conversation took a wholesome turn as dads discussed activities that were not only fun but also educational, from gardening and science experiments to art workshops and historical tours. Amidst the brainstorming, the dads also contemplated organizing group activities, fostering bonds not only between fathers but also among their children. As the lunch came to a close, the room was brimming with inspiration and anticipation for the spring adventures that awaited them and their little ones. With a renewed sense of camaraderie and purpose, the dads departed, eager to create lasting memories with their kids in the season ahead.

Our second 'official' meetup this year took us to the SWM Michaelibad. The outdoor Kelo sauna was the highlight and we got to enjoy a few infusions, too!
