Ethereum is a decentralized and permissionless network that provides various attractive features. However, a notable concern is the potential exploitation of transaction order by block proposers, leading to the extraction of value. This phenomenon, known as maximal extractable value (MEV), not only disrupts the optimal functioning of different protocols but also undermines the stability of the underlying consensus mechanism. To address the MEV threat, several approaches have been considered, among them mempool encryption appear promising. This method involves separating transaction inclusion and execution. Join us this Thursday to explore a new MEV protection method called Multiparty Delay Encryption.
