This role is an excellent way of helping you discover areas or specializations you'd like to grow in, whether it's personal or professional. This rank provides you with the opportunity to play around with different procedures, strengthen current skillsets, or develop new ones! You'll soon be on your way to becoming a Valiant Alchemist where you'll take on more of a leadership role, build your own teams, and have the opportunity to unlock Valiant procedures & rewards.

👮‍♀️ Become part of the Quality Control team where you will be The Council's trusted group to be able to determine the quality of work procedures being sent for all 3 categories. With this role comes a lot of responsibility and initiative. We are looking for go-getters who'd like to learn Human Resources, providing mentorship to Alchemists on how they can improve their work or develop soft skills, giving constructive feedback, and receive training from the OGs/The Council. 🚨 Provide constructive feedback to Alchemists submitting work in order to promote growth 🚨 Receive direct training from The Council on different skillsets 🚨 Learn how to conduct a bit of HR (Human Resources) 🚨 Learn how to acquire or improve your Communication skills when approaching people from different regions around the world 🚨 Have the chance to screen future candidates for upcoming Seasons 🚨 Have the chance to be promoted to a Quality Control Manager for showcasing exceptional efforts 🚨 Learn how to pay attention to details and provide mentorship to other Alchemists
