Treasure aims to address a few key problems for independent filmmakers in the current film industry: Limited distribution channels: Indie filmmakers often struggle to get their work distributed through traditional channels like major studios or theaters. Unequal funding: Securing funding is a major hurdle for independent films. Focus on blockbusters: Traditional studios often prioritize big-budget films with high commercial potential. This leaves less space and resources for independent voices and stories. Lack of transparency: The traditional film industry can be opaque, making it difficult for filmmakers to track how their films are performing and how revenue and royalties are distributed.
