Sheila spoke about the importance of holistic data ownership for successful cross-functional and foundational master data management and governance. At Bayer, this currently includes assigning data owners and stewards for areas corresponding to data domains within the ISO Identification of Medicinal Products (IDMP) Ontology (IDMP-o) for implementation within the data architecture for E2E product data lifecycle management. The IDMP-o is a pre-competitive collaborative development by 11 Pharma companies together with health authorities under the umbrella of the Pistoia Alliance. Sheila is passionate about bringing people together, playing music, and rowing.

Chemists, Researchers, other colleagues, and special guests, will be meeting at Wuppertal’s Historic Town Hall.
