The Bayer Pharmaceuticals headquarters in Berlin, with over 6,000 colleagues working in all functions across the pharmaceutical industry, has some spaces dedicated to support large project teams. The Berlin Health Industry Cluster and the ICT, Media and Creative Industries Cluster want to further promote the exchange on innovative approaches in the field of health IT. All participants can get involved and put topics up for discussion - whether prepared or spontaneously - and thus receive feedback, assessments, and impulses. This POAP is for the participants at the Vision Health Pioneers Incubator, Cohort #5 Mentor Madness event, that met Bayer mentors. Vision Health Pioneers Incubator is a Berlin based early-stage startup program that supports first-time founders in healthcare. In their 10-month program, they support entrepreneurs with training, free coworking space, business opportunities and equity-free scholarship funding of up to 80,000 Euro per team.
