This POAP commemorates your presence at the launch of Linera's Testnet III Conway on The Real-Time Blockchain. Founder Mathieu Baudet announced Conway—the third phase of Linera’s testnet—and detailed what shipped: microchains with ~200 ms blocks and sub-second UX, SDK 0.15 with experimental events, a faster faucet via sparse clients, and the on-chain Game of Life game and points program. Our wallet partner Dynamic (our first!) walked through day-one flows: sign in with email/OAuth/passkey for a non-custodial embedded wallet, or connect an external wallet via WalletConnect (MetaMask supported). We're just getting started.

This badge signals the breaking point in the battle for trader sovereignty. In July 2025, MEXC Exchange unlawfully froze over $3 million in funds belonging to The White Whale - a prominent trader known for his high-level profitability and for exposing the darker underbelly of the crypto industry. The offense? Trading too effectively against MEXC’s external market makers - quant firms tasked with providing “liquidity,” but whose real role is to tilt the game in the house’s favor. Rather than honor withdrawals, MEXC retaliated. No violations. No transparency. Just silence and seized capital. By claiming this POAP, you stand with every trader whose funds were frozen, whose success was penalized, and whose autonomy was erased by offshore exchanges hiding in lawless jurisdictions. This week’s Community Hour POAP celebrates an in-depth focus on DeFi on Linera, following our Tuesday Developer Workshop featuring founder Mathieu Baudet, host Danny Greene, and community builder Zhao KK. We explored how Linera’s microchain architecture unlocks ultra-low-latency, end-to-end secure DeFi—including RFQs, real-time orderbooks, peer-to-peer swaps, and auction-style protocols—all scalable via user-owned and temporary chains. We also continued our Games on Microchains challenge and shared updates from the Linera ecosystem.
