The curator club has discussed WoWG for several weeks and feels it would be beneficial for us to pursue WoWG during the minting period which is to take place via Dutch auction on World of Women website. The Dutch auction price is TBA but we have came up with 3 options for the DAO to vote on. Disclaimer by voting for 10 eth or 20 eth you will also be voting in favor of transferring that eth from the Vault wallet to the operations wallet which will allow us to act more efficiently during the live Dutch auction and mint accordingly at the prices we see fit. We will then transfer all of the minted WoWG back to the vault wallet along with any remaining eth that was not used during the mint. The options are as follows. 0 eth = no to WoWG 10 eth = transferring and spending 10 eth on WoWG to then have WoWG transferred back to vault along with remaining eth. 20 eth = transferring and spending 20 eth on WoWG to then have WoWG transferred back to vault along with remaining eth.

This proposal is to reimburse our Operations fund for the gas and transaction fees related to DAO purchases. Every time a transaction takes place with the multi signatory wallet, the operations fund is the one that initiates and executes the transaction, which costs gas. E.g. the total amount of gas paid by the operations fund was 2.32 eth which was additional to the 20 eth used to purchase our 20 WOWGs. We will need to transfer 2.32 eth to cover this gas fee.

As an education NFT, they have huge potential to be one of the forerunners of onboarding mass market into web3. They have just been admitted into Randi's accelerator, featured on Forbe's 'Women in the Metaverse' and have already built a successful course with NasAcademy which has a 47M reach called 'NFTs in 7 Days' to onboard more people from web2 to web3.
