ArtVerse presents a duo exhibition of Tommy Hollenstein and Foodmasku. [Exhibition Artwork Catalogue] During the Summer of 2024 in Paris, ArtVerse presents a special duo exhibition. The featured artists are Tommy Hollenstein, who paints using the wheels of his wheelchair, and Foodmasku, who creates face masks with food. Their collaborative and individual work challenges traditional artistic boundaries, explores new creative realms, and embodies the values of harmony and equality. This exhibition, which reinterprets the Olympic spirit through their art forms, will be held from July 25 to September 8, during the Olympics and Paralympics. The philosopher John Dewey once wrote: “Art is not the possession of a privileged few; it is the authentic expression of any and all individuality.” Hollenstein and Foodmasku’s works are manifestations of this idea. They express their physical and mental trauma through their art. Hollenstein challenges conventional views of disabled artists by using his wheelchair as a brush to graffiti signs that were meant to reserve parking for disabled people. Foodmasku in this series explores the idea of the breakfast of champions in the lens of social media, navigating the fake, real and surreal by wearing them on his face.

A l'occasion de Dia de Muertos, la traditionnelle fête mexicaine qui célèbre les morts, Opuntia et Zelectric s'associent pour présenter "Tzompantli 2023", la deuxième itération d'une œuvre d'art collaborative créée par le collectif mexicain. Plus de 50 "skulls" seront exposés, réalisés par des crypto artistes mexicains et du monde entier. Certains d'entre eux sont des pionniers de la scène cryptoart, d'autres des artistes qui ont rejoint le mouvement plus récemment. Les "skulls" seront vendus aux enchères individuellement, mais ils seront aussi associés à tous les autres pour composer une oeuvre unique, un traditionnel Tzompantli, cette fois-ci sous forme d'une oeuvre d'art numérique NFT.
