TJ Meagher hosted a Melon Minds keynote on April 2nd, 2022 on Perfectionism and Procrastination. During his keynote, TJ talked about the different causes of perfectionism and procrastination, how to identify them and solutions to overcome them. On March 26th, 2022, Erik Caputo hosted a Melon Minds keynote within the Impact Theory discord. He is a co-founder of BeMetaVersed - a web3 hub focused on educating the masses and highlighting unique individuals in the space. Erik shared his journey of entering the web3 space back in 2017 and some of the lessons he has learned along the way. After his keynote, Erik answered questions from the community. On March 13th 2022, GoBeAwesome hosted a Melon Minds keynote on all things endurance running! GoBeAwesome has been an endurance runner since 2015 with several ultras completed and two 100-mile race finishes. GoBeAwesome shares his journey from never believing he would be a runner to completing two 100-mile races. GoBeAwesome also talks about the lessons he has learned and offers insights for beginners to start their endurance running journey. Roman hosted a Melon Minds keynote on Feb 26, 2022 in the Impact Theory Discord! After a challenging relationship ended and a move across the country alone, Roman jumped off the deep-end into his growth and self-awareness journey, which lead him to focus and share his story online and help others. In additional to this, he spent time studying and practicing strategies to navigate his debt and lack of savings, to help recover from his financial mistakes. He’s transformed those mistakes that sat at a crippling amount of credit card debt (at 25 years old), to being able to pay off almost 80% of that debt and increase his savings by over $10,000 today. He also has recently started his own marketing and consulting business where he helps businesses learn and navigate the social media world as well as connect more deeply with their customers.
