A thrilling development rocks the Rocket Pool community as the SEC strives to enforce regulations on the crypto staking arena. Undeterred, the RPL market remains steadfast, soaring to unprecedented heights as the RPL/ETH ratio reaches a record peak of 0.03. POAP design by ShfRyn.

Coinbase released its roadmap for listing RPL, the Rocket Pool token. The Rocket Pool community couldn't stop talking about it. There was so much information that a special Rocket Fuel episode was released covering all the discussions. This POAP was distributed to the people who requested that the episode be made by hitting the 🚀⛽️ emojis on Discord. The POAP was designed by ShfRyn and distributed by WaqWaqAttack

Since the merge, a fully synced execution client is required to successfully propose an attestation. For that reason, Rocket Pool Node Operators without a fallback node could potentially miss attestations for days while their clients are resyncing, pruning, or not working at all. To prevent this, poupas.eth spent his own time and money to build a rescue node, which could be used by anyone in need for free. This POAP celebrates the selfless act by poupas, and will be distributed to anyone who verifiably used the rescue node, or helped people who did. One of our own #trading members, Galenus, is currently in Ukraine offering medical support to the resistance against the Russian invasion. To memorialize Jasper's (jasperthefriendlyghost.eth) efforts in setting up the Curve rETH/wstETH pool. Midnight saw this pool go live and with it, a huge influx of deposits, which triggered a spree of over $20 million TVL in the Curve pool and the creation of 236 minipools. This is a POAP for everyone who commented on the Rocket Pool discord on March 10th, 2022. This day will be remembered as a key catalyst in the growth of the Rocket Pool protocol. Thanks Jasper!

Holders of this POAP were online with EthStaker during the Kiln testnet merge. The Kiln testnet is the first public testnet for the merge that will combine the Execution Layer from the existing Proof of Work chain with the Consensus Layer from the new beacon chain. The result will be a new chain (forged in the kiln) with a new Proof of Stake Consensus Layer and a powerful EVM Execution engine. This call occurred around 10am Eastern time on March 15, 2022, a day earlier than anticipated after GPU miners accelerated the PoW chain toward the merge.

This POAP was issued on January 7th 2022 (Epoch timestamp: 1641560400) in commemoration of Joe Clapis becoming a full-time employee of Rocket Pool. Joe started his journey in 2021 as one of us, the degens in #trading.
