We are a group of crazy, brilliant rebels working to creating change in the world, and to build web3, a new internet, and a way of being that is decentralized, egalitarian, permissionless and beautiful. We love being together, so we meet often in Denver and Boulder to share ideas, collaborate on projects and spread the love. This monthly IRL is made possible by the Harmony Ambassador DAO, with a mandate to connect in-person communities around the world through educational and interactive meet-up events. The Harmony protocol, a silicon valley company, is a layer 1 smart contract platform. Harmony runs on proof of stake and is EVM compatible. Harmony has a mandate to blend community, culture and technology with public goods, in order to build a blockchain with real positive impact in the world. Each month we will take some time for a presentation about the Harmony protocol, to update our community about their latest initiatives, technology and projects. Topics may include Harmony grant funding, ZK University, the 1wallet, open community, gaming, metaverse and defi on Harmony, and how to join with the Harmony community to build the Harmony ecosystem.
